Basketball lesions

On Tuesday we had basketball. We had a previsionale Basketball coach that came over to our school, her name was coach Steph. In the beginning We had to warm up with a quick game. She told us about the game. The game was very easy. When steph turns around we have to run and when she looks back we have to frizz and if you move you have to go back to the star.After the game we lined up and she told us to run and get the balls. She told us about how to dribble the ball it was joy full. About a few minutes later we learnt how to dribble. She told us about the rules there are no travelling. Travelling is when you hold the ball and run with it. Next week we will learn about a different rule.
