Orienteering Last season

On Tuesday we had our last Session of Orienteering with Irene.. Lion did not come  it was only Irene that come.. We had to go by time but before that we had wait for 10 minute until Iran camels and call’s us to go for Orienteering. Irene timed us for Orienteering  We have to go time by time.. It was like  1:40 agent 1:40 and 2:00 agent 2:00 it was like that. Some of us did not do it, but after that they had energy and they got back up and ran until they had no more energy that was fun It was said for us because that was our last season

Netbook Reflection

Having a Netbook connected to the internet has helped me improved  my learning in many ways. First of all I have learnt how to write a recount on a template to improve my organisation in writing, Also, I have learnt how to research for information to help me in my inquiry projects and presentation . I have used my netbook on Math Whizz and for reading.I have improve my Key competences by thinking and Managing my self.I have really enjoyed using netbook at Glenbrae School

Long Weekend Recount

On Saturday we went to my uncle wedding. I was the cameraman at the wedding and it was cool There was a Limo and a Hummer the Hummer was cool as. After the wedding they went to the Hummer to get to the place where we had to have our feed I party was up and going we had to live a little bit early to live to the my cousin birthday some of us stayed at the wedding and party.

In the same day we went to the birthday.

We had to have a mass in my church and I was the cameraman there the wedding was fun but the birthday was even cooler. After the mass we had to go for another feed at where the dog race. No Dog was there.Everything was free there we party until we have no more dance moves  some of us kids went outside to play soccer. After That we went home and had a raised.

On Sunday we went to church. After Church We had my aunt Miss Repata’s  daughter had her  Baptism  at the church I ran to the car to get the camera and once again I was the cameraman. After the mass we went to her house for a feed and the to take picture. She said to send it to her when we are done so we had a lots fun.

Chicken' Penne

Dunce Fever 6

Today we had Dunce Fever at the hall First we done our  Foxtrot.

Captain and Christina told us to to get a Partner. My partner was Kato. All of us had a Partner. The Foxtrot you have move in close to your partner. How ever some of us did not want to do it soon all of complete  the FoxTrot.

 

Now it is Cha Cha. The Cha cha has the same partner  that was before but this is different we went side to side back and forward we had to sprint around our partner that was cool next week we had to soon we complete is was fun.

The grand finale is hip hop. We completed our tik tok and gained pop and lock that was cool next week we our going to go over it and I hope it will be

Dunce Fever

Today we had dance fever. dance fever was amazing we had lesson from Captain and Christina  over these past few week they told us about the Cha Cha. We had to completed the Cha Cha  today because next week they are comparing  us with a girl to do the foxtrot . The foxtrot is ballroom dance you have to dance with a partner to complete it. The Cha Cha was amazing also the foxtrot. lastly the hip hop dance routine. It looked cool when Captain and Christina did it. IT was fun doing dance fever. Then we played a game for the last time we didn't know the the name of the game until he played the song. the song was called gandanm style  it a lot of dancing with them

House Sport

On Monday we went to house. House sport was on top of our field. We had to split into two group.The name of the four groups are Kauri,Nikau,Kowfai,Rata. Kauri is Green, Nikau is Blue, Kowfai is Yellow and Rata is red. There has to be Kauro one Kauri two Nikau one Nikau two Kowfai one Kowfia two. We had to do one hundred meter run and shot put is was a lots of fun

The Paint Ball

On the beginning on the holiday in the first day was the most amazing day ever because we went Paint Ball. We put on our equipment and got ready for the game. On the count on three we had to go and hide and the people that in they have to look for the people that’s in it. There was me and one was Lisiate and the other was Salelei and the other was Moli.

The person that was in said who is going to count to three and that person that wanted to count was Lisiate. When Lisiate was counting we had to run and hide I ran as fast like a car.

I took a place that was very hard to  find when lisiate was finished counting lisiate had to come and look for us.We had to run if lisiate was getting close we have to run to the other place Salelei Said run with me befor I get shot.

they were shooting  me when I was running with salelei. when they were shooting me I was getting hurt and sadly Lisiate ran out of paintball and was like yes! then I shot him then we was duceing and keep on shooting him sadly salelei shot at the back I said what I thought you were in my team. Nooo is was free for all I treck u guy’’ salelei said. Where is Christian I said yeah where is christian. Just when me and lisiate and salelei turnaround Christian was shooting us.

We ran to hide on top of  the tree while salelei distract him. Me and Lisiate was on the tree and when salelei was out of pullet me and lisiate

started shooting at  christian.

Christian was full of paintball.When our pullet was finished we went to get more pullet and kept the game going but this time we had another person counting and say ready that person was me and the others had to go and find a place that is really hard for someone that they won’t find. And this time we is was free for all. Free for all means you can shoot anybody anywhere and anytime.

When I went up to nine and I finished counting up to ten I told them ready I am coming to fine you.

Everybody found a that was really hard they was making wipers like they were saying I’m here,I’m here. Then said “come out come out wherever you are I am going to find you”.

Then I made a really scary noises then they said wooooooo!!! wooooooo!!! then I said wara!!!! and they ran out of their hiding place and I was shooting them “that was funny” I said. “What!! why did you do that for” said lisiate, “hahahahahahaha that was funny” said salelei.

Everybody had to go and hide except for lisiate and moli they are teaming up to get me and salelei. Me and salelei went to find a place that is will hard. Our place was hard as maizz.They Lisiate and Christian went ahead to count before they come. I was running to a place that was really hard that was the same as salelei and moli when lisiate was counting, When he was finnish counting he came to look  for us, he was look and look and look but  he can't find us then he give up then he sat down and just give up. “What are we gonna do” said salelei “Well we have to give the game up” I said “Noo!!! then we will lose” said Moli. Me and Moli and Salelei went to lisiate to say we give up we throw  our gun into the ground  but when we turned around suddenly lisiate was shooting us at the back and we fell down and he was still shooting us we face full of Paint Ball  and when we got home we had to wash our face. we wash like we were washing a car “ that was fun” I said “yeah we should go there again” Moli said. The End

Dance Fever

Today we had Dance Fever We had two instructors one was Captain and the other was Christina. Every Thursday they have to come and teach us dance moves, and on the last day of the term we have to compete other school. We learnt new moves to do.We have to practice at home.Captain was funny because he was telling jokes.Next week we our doing the same moves but we are adding new moves. When we finish learning the moves that we are doing right now next next week we are doing another  new move to learn. I am happy to doing dance fever.I can't wait until next week to learn new moves.

Siata and Safua Wedding

On Saturday it was the most amazing day ever because my cozen got married!!.
I was so happy that we were going cause at first I did not know that my cozen is
getting married.Her name was Siata. It was in the Papatoetoes church. It was
 amazing the pressed blessed them.they are now oafishly married.After when
the mass was finish we went out side and I saw a Homer Limo. It was shine
and  flash and long. It was cool I was so amazed because that was the coolest
homer limo I ever seen in my life....We went to a hole tell and had a feed.
when we finish eating we had performers to performer in  front of  Siata and Safua.
When the performers were performing we had Deseret......The Deseret was nice.
On that day was fabulous and joyful and amazing.Then it was time to go home.
My cozen that was a day.

Camp Recount

!!!!Yeah!!! first ever year seven and eight camp. Last week we went camp.On sunday we were packing up to go to the school,

then we have to go to the wharf and get on to go to the Great Barrier Island.On the way to Great Barrier Island on the ferry the man

said that the see is going to get bumpy. On the way we saw dolphin

jumping up and down and swimming around there was three on one side and three on the other.Is was fun looking at the dolphin.Finally we got of the ferry and on great barrier island.We got into a place called OPC we had 45 minute drive to the OPC.When we got there we meet two instructor   Christy and Jeremy.After that Jeremy showed us our cabin we had four people in one cabin each.After that we meet  two   other instructor there was frayer and Tesh.Jeremy put us in group it was the frist day at camp that was the fun day ever.

EveryThing that we did on each day was a different activity.

we had lots of fun. When is was time to go to sleep we had a sawer.

In the on Monday we had to get up brush our teeth and clean our face we had to go for breakfast some people went to go and make lunch.

when they finish they came down for breakfast.After breakfast we went to our cabin and got ready to go and do an activity.Our instructor said to meet in the jim.When we finish packing up our stuff  we head down to the jim.When we got there frayer told us  “make a circle” then  she pulled out a paper and told us “write down what you wanna do for this week”

In our was Nathaniel,Phoenix,Emeline,June,Katalina,challe,Austen,

Anamanu,Douglas and me Anthony.

What we wanted to do was  Kayaking,Bush walking,Rope Climbing,Rock Climbing,Swimming.After that She said “ all right let go kayaking” wait what you heard me we are going kayaking but first lets go get our swimming suit and some other gears.When we got to the shed we had lots of fun. After that we had to head to the Rose College  and have lunch .
When we finish eating lunch  we went and put on our sweat suit and went  to the wowf to swim but frayer said “instead of swimming we should jump of the wolf” and we were happy to do that. I like to thank the ops people for teaching us new skills.

Ripper Rugby

On Tuesday we had our last ripper rugby with samizz.

We had to have our Rippa Rugby in our school hall.

The reason why we had to have it in the hall because it was raining outside. We only had to a game.We had to split into four group.Four team’s each had to get a bleat and where it.Then we had to get the tags and where it as well.One team was red the other team was blue the other team was yellow and the other team was wait.

We had a game the blues verse the red and the yellow team was verse the wait. Then we changed over.

Then it was time to pack up.  

Ripper Rugby

Today we went to ripper rugby.Ripper Rugby is a fun sport.A man named Shmizz the manager from maris came and told us about ripper rugby .We were waiting for him for five minutes and in that five minutes  we played a little game called octopus.After playing octopus Shmizz came.When shmizz arrived he was setting up cones.After that shmizz  called us to get the tag.when got that tag we had to divide into two groups.One group was red and one group was blue.We had game but we can go in any directions. We end up as a tie.When we end up with a tie we had another game but this time we had go with the rite rules.

Like for an example if you are of side  and you got the ball you have to hand it over to other team. It was fun to play Ripper Rugby.

Teleporting in the future

Have you ever had super powers like teleporting. Teleporting is form of transportation that  can take you anywhere you would like to be going around the world. I think teleporting can be useful  because it could help you in difficult situations, it’s renewable, it can take you safely from place to place.

Firstly I think teleporting can be useful because it could help you in difficult situations, like for an example if you are in danger you can teleport to a safe place.   

Secondly teleporting is powerless and that becomes handy because you can use it as many times as you want.

Thirdly teleporting is unpredictable,

because your safest place could be the police station, but it teleports you to the next safe place which is home.

Take teleporting to the government for it to be processed so it can go to every city in NZ and also We will  have a safer community because criminals will see there’s “NO” Point in doing crime.
